Hi all, I have a 1983ish Greenfield Tractor 11 rideon mower, powered by a Briggs&stratton 400cc.
Im looking for repair manuals, schematic diagrams; anything I can get really. I've subscribed to the manuals are but no joy as yet.
Any of the above would be great. Thanks

Found the chasis pdf, the motor numbers are 252707-0658-01 built on 01 December 1983, Thanks.

Your engine is also of the right age to be covered by the B&S engine overhaul manual, which you can access here: http://www.tpub.com/content/recoveryvehicles/TM-5-4240-501-14P/css/TM-5-4240-501-14P_70.htm(just increase the "70" at the end to access subsequent pages). If anyone knows of another site where this manual can be accessed - especially one where it is easier to go from page to page - please let us know.

Just on a side note re: the link. I don't know if anybody else has noticed, but in the top middle of the screen where it states "Page Title:" it also has a "back/up/next" option. This is the simple way to go to the next page, but you might want to double check the status line at the bottom of the browser screen incase it skips a page.

Any of the above would be great. Thanks mattrob, I have spoken with grumpy and we will be uploading within the next two weeks a large range of Briggs & Stratton workshop manuals and they will be in the engine forum under briggs & Stratton engines. So just be patience as the manuals are quite large and will take a bit of time to upload so that members will be able to download them in pdf format.
