Hi Aussie Blue, have you considered powder coating? It is a great finish and stands up to wear and tear well, especially on your reel, where it is gathering crud and moisture all over it during the cut....It cleans up well with a wash.

Hi deejay, Yes i have considered powder coating though have not had a qoute within a reasonable price.. May reconsider though.. Will post some pics shorty, have had the whole frame sand blasted and every part, nut and bolt is disassembled for inspection and or replacement. I also have the handle bars at the electroplaters at the moment. Looking forward to getting it all back together. Will post soon.
