Have a Homelite self priming 2 cycle pump:
316 gpm
Model 9S3-1A
SerNo 3370066

Carb:Tillotson MT44B
Fuel pump:Tillotson (?)010896(?)

Would like any info/resources for operators/parts manual or where to find replacement diaghram for fuel pump.

Am considering mounting fuel tank on top for gravity feed, but would prefer to keep original configuration if possible.

Has not been used for at least 5 yrs, but cranks and runs beautifully when carb is primed.

Ron,
You will need to replace the fuel filter as well as the carby diaghrams and both should still be available. Just e-mail me and I will see if I can forward you a parts list.
