hi everyone
i had a victa ultima given to me the other day, ihave never worked on one and know nothing about them, this one is pretty clean but not going. are they a good mower generaly. i cant make up my mind wheather to check it right out or just park it.it looks like it will be a bit more involved to work on, or do they just look like that. this one has pretty good compression and spark, so its probably worth a look at. thanks micka

micka,

If it is the Ultima engine with the alloy carburettor block then all you will need to do is replace the 'O' rings in the carby bowl as well as the one on the main jet.

Once you have cleaned the block and replaced the 'O' rings let us know if it will start. cheers2
