Are there any places where I can either send the engine to be rebuilt or trade it in for a rebuilt one? (Toro S620 blower with electric starter about 15 years old). The flywheel spins freely and the cylinder doesn't move. My local Toro dealer just wants to sell me a complete engine, not just the motor for about $275.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

sounds to me like a 39 cent crankshaft
