G'day All,
I've just joined this forum. I wish I had found it years ago.
I enjoy repairing small engines/mowers as a hobby.

Hi Murray and  aboard to our forum. We all here enjoy fixing, restoring equipment and helping others fixing their equipment. We especially like members that post pictures of their work so we can all see their work in progress. If we can be of any help just post on the forum and we will do our best to help. Hi all,
Thanks for the welcome.
I have no photos of my last project. It was a Honda Buffalo mower with the GXV140 engine.
This mower was about 14 years old and had seen a lot of use but was in very god overall condition.
It had lost compression and was very hard to start.
I only had to give the bore a hone, new rings,replace the crank shaft roller bearing, cleaned the head and lapped the valves,new gasket kit, new blades.
All up cost was $240 for the rebuild. Now runs like new.
My past projects include another Honda, some Victa's, Stihl chain saws, McCulloch chain saws and some Briggs and Stratton engines.
Also have done a couple of Fergy 28 & a 148 tractors.
My newest project will be a Greenfield 12 ride on mower.
