I've been having some issues with the briggs and stratton pulse-jet carby on a scott bonnar. The carby is running way too rich for the engine to run correctly, It runs a little better if i close the low speed needle off but is still running rich. I have stripped the whole carby down and cleaned all the passages in the body, including removing the welch plugs. The main jet is not removable. Any ideas on getting this carby running correctly?
