Hello all.

I have a question for anyone that services their own Walbro & Zama carbs...

Could you please share with us, do you use their OEM tool kits? (Walbro 500-500 and Zama ZTK-101.)

I'm trying to decide if they're worth buying. If you DO use the OEM tools... Do you know if the Zama kit covers both Zama and Walbro carbs? Or do I need both?

If you don't use their tool kits, I'm interested how you go about replacing internal parts like check valves and welch plugs safely?

We use the OEM walbro kit which is located HERE and just use it for both as the kits are expensive. The only other part we use is the Zama Gauge which is located HERE .
