Hi Bruce and all laugh

Firstly sorry for taking so long Bruce but is the gear and pinion part for the G3 carby still available? I am finally starting to fully refurbish the G3 carby off my VC160 Mark3.
Do you know the best cleaner to use on the carby parts and body? confused
Is it worth replacing all the fuel lines, gaskets and jet in the carby or just clean and re-use the existing parts? The current parts seem in okay condition but I do not want to have to fix it anymore times.

Also I am looking into converting my Victa Commando 2 stroke into a mulch and catch mower and wanted to know if this part (Victa 4 Blade Genuine Disc Suits 18 Mulcher CA09426G) would be the correct disk to attach to the mower, also is it possible to purchase mulch plugs? confused
cheers2

VC Victa,

The gear parts that you are after are HERE If the gaskets are ok then don't worry about replacing them. The other thing that I would replace would be THIS and what we normal use to clean the carby is HERE .

As to the Disc I would expect it to fit any Victa 18" model but for the VC160 you would not be able to get a mulching plug. cheers2

Hi Bruce

Thanks for that, is it possible to buy mulch plugs from the online shop? If so are the expensive or is it hard to get hold of them? confused

cheers2
