I scored this a couple of months ago when i was driving around our local streets. Fella told me to take it to see if i could fix it for him. Which i had no problem doing. Long story short it is now mine.

It has been sitting in the shed since i fixed it and it has started to leak oil out onto the floor and it could do with a carby kit. But i believe that there is a start switch missing from it? Can anyone verify?

Also whats it worth when its up and running properly?

Thanks

Josh

G'day,
What do you mean by start switch?
Do you mean electric start switch, or ignition switch? From memory they normally have a red switch on the right hand side 1/2 way down the cowling.

Yeah thats what i mean. This runs no elec switches at all. To get it to run i have to disconnect the elec lead to a resistor i think it is?

Josh84,

Just need to replace the switch and that only cost around $9.60. The engine should be worth around $100 + once you clean it up. cheers2
