Good morning, I am after the torque settings for a victa 18, 125cc 2 stroke engine. Head bolts etc. I have the victa manual for them, but it only has the 4 stroke settings or the 160 power torque series 80 engine. Thanks for any assistance. Regards, Kevin

G'day Kevin.

Power Torque and Full crank roughly the same as Norm Mentioned see pic below.

There are sites that you put the bolt grade in and bolt size and TPI and it gives a torque setting .

Victa bolts are probably Grade 2 low-strength

I would just put in UNC to look up the torque ,just use UNC that is the closest equivalent to BSW that Victa use when looking
up tensions.
https://www.portlandbolt.com/technical/bolt-torque-chart/

Also if you get inch pound specs you can convert to Foot pound if you only have a foot pound tension wrench.

https://www.thecalculatorsite.com/conversions/common/inch-pounds-foot-pounds.php

The threads per inch here https://www.engineeringtoolbox.com/unified-screw-threads-unc-unf-d_1809.html

Cheers
Max.

Main thing Kevin is that they are even. Also give the gasket a smear of oil on both sides
