Hi. It looks to have been restored at some point. The red impact starter stands out like a beacon. The rubber inlet hose has perished I see. I wonder if a would be owner would ever cut grass with it or keep it as an exhibit only?
Ahh, if only victa had kept producing the thumblatch catcher series, they would be in better shape today!
