Rover 28166.
Just wondering if anyone has a workshop manual for one of these, if they could put up a copy of the Forward and Reverse Belt set-up, mine has spat the belt. Yes I need to buy a new belt but I was wondering how many idler pulleys there are, if I am going to pull the deck off to replace the belt I may as well replace the idler and tensioner pulleys to.

Mich, Those are for the Ranger Auto drive. David has the Rancher Auto drive, Very different machine. the parts manual is in the manuals section of the ride on forum, you will need a subscription though. To my knowledge there is only 1 idler, which is the clutch idler on the engine belt. the belt that goes around the clutch pulleys only has the big idler at the top, which has a replaceable bearing, and a double pulley assembly that runs on normal bearings in between.

#80 idler is a A10510

Side note, There is no real Service manual for anything Rover. Some of the owners manuals do have directions for some maintenance though.
