Oh my. Very very nice speedy. Haven't seen one of them for a long time. I hope it has it's filter cover.
Your could sell just that for a tidy sum.

Please, be selective who you sell that to and don't give it away.

Ahh, if only victa had kept producing the thumblatch catcher series, they would be in better shape today!

Hi speedy,
If it is bearings or rings it will be because it has been straight fueled. Body is in too good a condition to have worn the rings out

Some people just don't understand all IC engines need an oil supply, whether that be in a sump or in the fuel itself. They seem to think ahh, won't hurt once. Once it's all it ever takes.

I am just in the middle of honing one of these straight fueled long shaft motors for one of these mowers. I'm a bit disinterested in doing it for a bloke who left his Tornado out in the open and water got in down the snorkel and rusted the motor as it does. I find it really hard to get enthusiastic about fixing things for people who do not appreciate their machinery

I find charging the slobs more for the same repair job than I would for someone who has honestly/accidentally damaged their machine in the same way - feels like I am getting even with them on the machines behalf.

I'm hearing you Tyler but I am passionate about these machines I build and hate seeing things destroyed.

It wasn't rings , just ther starter must have jammed, andway, cleaned it up, decoke exhaust port, new big O-ring on starter, new Oring on carb , new viton needle.. top and bottom bearings good.
Clean decompressor, It's a 2008 model.
Needs a paintjob as rust is bubling under the Chinese paint job, I don't think they prime stuff.
Runs well, starts easly.
I don't need it so anyone can PM me an offer.
Only trouble, I'm in Bundaberg.

Everything doesn't always go right...........

It'll be good for somebody who understands how vital it is to add two stroke oil to the fuel first.
Trouble happens when it's loaned to some fool who doesn't.
