Hi Cyberjack. Maybe the wrong place to post, but I have photocopied the entire owner's manual of the VICTA Rotary Tiller circa 1979 (B&S 5 hp motor) Gear Case Tiller Model 355, Series 9. It includes operation, assembly and belts, and full list of parts and gearbox components and part numbers. It is c 17MB and is too large for me to send as I have limited data allowance. I emailed Bruce that I could send by post, but have not received a reply. These old manuals now seem to be like hen's teeth so I thought that I would make the effort. Thanks.
PM me if OK.

G/Day Jack, I have a gasket kit to suit a 1958 Pope 4 stroke mower fitted with a Clinton gem engine, gaskets made by Payen B&B, never heard of this type of engine.
Cheers.

G;day Mops
Yes, Pope certainly used Clinton four strokes.
Clinton made very good North American engines.
Clinton could not compete with Briggs hegemony.

Payen, an AUS company [best guess], offered after-market gaskets.

Cheers

Thanks for the info Jack, I'm not sure if the kit I have is complete.
Cheers.
Maurice.
