With the amount of mowers you're repainting it'll soon be known around the traps as NormK grey.
Everyone will be able to pick your mowers!

Ahh, if only victa had kept producing the thumblatch catcher series, they would be in better shape today!

Hi Norm, Tyler and Mf

The mower that I thought was one of Norm's was painted his distinct green ,haven't seen anyone else paint mowers that green.

Yes I didn't think the seller would get his price any time soon and have seen the same thing happen with mowers I've sold
but sometimes on eBay I do see some get $50. more .

I've had a couple come back that were straight fueled , the owners deny it , but it's easy to tell ,the fuel isn't the right colour
for 2 stroke mix also doesn't feel like there is oil in the fuel when you rub the fuel between your fingers and the rubber
primer bubble becomes very soft when straight fueled.

Both cases I told them they were straight fueled ,then fitted free engines and changed the fuel.

The funny thing is people asking how old the mower is and will only buy if it's 3 years old ,lots of times I've
sold 2 mowers at the same time ,one looks new but has done a lot of work the other is older but is hardly used
and they all take the newer looking mower.

The new RYOBI mower ad is poking fun at petrol mowers comparing them to dinosaurs.

Cheers
Max.

Max, that ryobi ad is really grating on my nerves.

If you go to bunnings website you will see the battery lasts a super long 54 minutes...without load. Light load drops it to 45 minutes. No word on medium or heavy...

Provided the old dinosaur victa deck isn't rusted, the old 450 briggs will also last a hell of a lot longer than that 36v excuse for a mower

Battery mowers have their place - its just not in any of our sheds haha

Yet the suburban trendies devoid of critical thinking ability will fall for the fallacious message.

I was thinking what a puny plasticky thing like all the Ozito electric mowers you commonly find in hard rubbish. Not exactly hard wearing.

No, it's the 2 stroke on 11:1 mix for me -until a meteorite wipes out all life on Earth.

Haven't had anybody bring me a battery mower yet but a woman down the street brought me an Ozito corded one that her daughter had used one and wondered if I wanted it. I just said put it straight in the rubbish bin, catcher one week and mower the next. I cut the handles off so the mower would fit in the bin easily
