Hi I'm from hervey bay, Queensland. I picked this mower up for nix.
What type of mower is this ?it works but needs a carby clean .
Is it a collectors and what type of engine is it ?

That machine seems very collectible to me. Here is the Museum of Victoria's entry for it, including the detailed 6 page brochure produced by the manufacturer:

Your Green seems complete and in good condition. It's a pity somebody sprayed it over in the wrong colour, obliterating the original decals in the process, but at the price you paid (zero) I suppose you can hardly complain.

The engine is a 98 cc Villiers 2 stroke, similar to the ones ATCO was using at the time.
