I am a subscriber and can access most manuals except for the Victa Tilt A cut manual. It says I need to subscribe?? Other manuals readily available.

Any thoughts?

I just checked the page out and it should be working correctly for you: -

The Notice at the top only applies only to folks who try
and open a pdf file and then get the notice.

When you click on a file, it should simply open.

Please advise if that is not the case.
