Hi everyone,

I’m just curious to see if an old “little wonder” edger with a Briggs and Stratton 3hp motor has much value?

The reason I’m asking is because I’ve inherited a few old mowers and edgers. There is a scott Bonnar twin rail 45 that needs a new engine and a scott Bonnar diplomat that needs a lot of work that I’m considering getting into working condition.

I was planning on taking the engine off the little wonder edger to try and get one of the mowers running however before I take the engine off the edger I wanted to make sure I’m not destroying something valuable.

These were quite a good edger, back in the day. However, it would only have 'use value', if it runs OK; i.e. no 'collectable premium'.

'Runner' edgers don't seem to pull much over $100, on FleaBay and Gumtree.
