Hi all,

I've been meaning to get this mower back together for about 12 months now ,finally found
a Kawasaki line trimmer and swapped over the 22 cc motor, runs ok, just need to fit the
air cleaner and give the carby a tune.

Haven't seen many around .

Always been interested in a flymo but never had one come up for sale near me, just out of curiosity what are they like to mow the lawn with ?
Also would you have a picture of the underside ?
Seen a few electric ones for sale but not a 2 stroke one.

These things have always interested me. Never committed to buying one - yet!

Hi Lorenz ,Mystyler and all.

I have a nineteen eighty review of 17 new mowers and the the Flymo was best for ease of blade changing,best
for use around trees and shrubs and best for use on slopes (45 degrees) that review was for the GL47 Flymo.

I can't complain about them but I've only used a Flymo on small areas of grass.

Great mowers for steep slopes.

Stuff mowing around water traps and bunkers, I reckon mowing with one of those in a big arc on the fairway or green is where the fun is.

Interesting thanks for the underside photo alot less under there then I thought. Will definitely grab one if one comes up in my area.
