What is so difficult, China puts an 80% tariff on our barley exports to them, why can't Australia just put an 80% tariff on everything coming into this country from China. I know why not, Australian politicians do not have the guts to do what they are paid to do for this country, most are just there for the cushy ride and the big pensions at the end. Most would sell out their own mother

I was watching Littleproud (good name - No Pride) being interviewed on ABC afternoon briefing this afternoon and ended up standing yelling at the screen "Grow a pair for god sake"
Even 1 pair between him and Birmingham would be enough.
The woman on there was saying surely you must feel something (they called us a joke), he just responded with something like (after plenty of pollie babble) ' I'm a big boy, I am mature enough not to insult back'
No, your too spineless to act and probably wait until the camera is off and then go cry in the corner.
Will definitely be watching landline on Sunday
My views are compounded by the fact a lot of my mates are 3,4,5th generation farmers, particularly Barley and Wheat, but also livestock on some.

Spineless snivelling lot of politicians we have running the country Tyler, not much of the old Aussie spirit of go get f****d. Was always going to be the way Australia would head once the Bruce Ruxtons of good old Aus died off. They were people proud of Australia and its values, not like the despicable garbage running the country these days

I think this little story and in particular the moral quite nicely sums up the current status. Sent as a joke in case anyone takes offence.
Every week, Manny entered the state lottery hoping to win; he never did. Finally, he prayed vigorously and, hoping for God's message, he walked around the local fairground.A flash of lightning struck as he was passing by Nadine's carnival stall. She was bending over and he saw she was not wearing panties. He could see the number 7 tattooed on each of her butt cheeks. He bet on 77, as he thought God had given him a sign. Sadly, He lost again. The winning number was 707.
Moral of the story: Never underestimate the importance of a*#holes in your life.
