I am presuming my pins are jammed down and shoukd pop up on springs. Any sugestions how to release them greatly apreciated. I am thinking drilling down centre and using an eze-out to get them moving.

Hello cylon, I just picked up an Austral villiers 16"deluxe today if you need any pictures of the chain arrangement still as mine is complete and operational.
