It's a Sunbeam mower. They were very good for their time. It was our first lawnmower when my folks came to Australia in 1961 and eventually got replaced by a Victa VC-160 Mk II around 1973~4ish if my memory serves me correctly.

The only thing that looks bad on it was those cheap Chinese Red wheels when it should've had white plastic units which are probably no where to be found I'd say.
