I have one of those Suzuki powered Rovers.. unfortunately mine wont stop leaking fuel out of the cap.. on the parts lists it shows a vent and an inner part to the cap (cap consists of 3 parts) can anyone confirm. Ken.
Yep 3 parts, the cap ,the rubber seal and the sponge.
If I only have a cap that's missing the other two parts I just use some gasket paper and put one small pin hole in the gasket but I don't put the pin hole in-line with the breather hole in the fuel cap.
