Evening all

Have been clearing some stuff up. Anyway, I came across the old qualcast (commodore?) I got a few years ago. Took a big chunk out of my finger working on it 12+ months ago and lost interest after that

Anyway, it runs, have done the carb and ignition points, oil change. Needs a head gasket, but it seems to have to come from UK - around $45 from what I have seen.

It is solid, some meat on the reel, has catcher and everything complete except the tank.

I also bought a parts ATCO - with catcher, great but blunt reel, all complete including tank. Bit of surface rust but straight, wood rollers are completely stuffed

Deciding what to do with them. I want a cylinder mower eventually. What I currently have in my head is to sell these two on gumtree, and wait for a reasonable Victa Imperial 125cc - that way I can keep it well, with readily available parts supply and an have engine I know well.

But (judging by what I have said - will put a photo on when I can) what would be a reasonable ballpark price to start with?

Note - I know it's no SB 45 and I wont get anywhere near $200 each

always a complete guess and depends if somebody is looking around for them.Without seeing them I would take a guess and put $80 on them and see what happens.
