Well i've found out that you can no longer purchase the older style powertorque spark plug guards, you can only purchase the newer style powertorque spark plug guards.
The early and late guards are different.
So it looks like if you have a later powertorque engine you can still purchase a new spark plug guard. But if you have an earlier powertorque engine unless you can find someone that may have some new old stock ones, you have to use a second hand one or it's time to use Speedy's idea and go look in the kitchen for a fork or something to modify and use as an early powertorque spark plug guard..lol
