Hi All,
I will have to agree with coolrussy,I don't see the problem that this mower was made by Victa with the throttle control
on the cowl.

The ads for the Lancer and Goldline 4 stroke show this throttle control.

One ad mentions the Goldline Utility.

The last pic. is the Masport mower with the same throttle control for comparison.
