Now that's certainly one way of sticking it up them isn't it. I'm sure NGK would take the wind out of his sails.

For every "request a refund" situation I've found myself in I've never had to return the original item. I've just had eBay refund me.

eBay is full of shonky sellers that continually try it on with most buyers almost all the time just copping it on the chin.

Not this little Black Duck.

I won't tolerate their shady selling practices and thus make them pay up.
