G'day folks, I'd date this one to late 1970's, and pre-1980. Full crank engine, but not side starter - the Utes went to that setup for the 1980-81 season.
The reason I say this, is the positioning of the exhaust slot in the base - the side starter full crank Utes had the muffler positioned at the front, as in that 1983-4 brochure.
