OutdoorKing Repair Forum Forums Collectors Corner Identification of Particular Machines Victa Baseplate 19??

I pulled an old bitza out of the shed and am wondering what year model the baseplate would be from. It appears to originally have been painted orange or Victa red.
Motor that came with it has no. 46z22235 stamped on the crankcase.
