I am wondering what has happened to topics on Victa.

I feel this is a great observation.
It is something I am compelled to reply to.
I have spoken to folks about what I have termed 'icon maintenance'.
There is a whole generation or two that grew up with Victas.
But where is the replacement ... ?
Victa is no longer in Australian hands; nor have the current
owners done much - or anything - to maintain 'Victa' in the AUS
psyche. Victa is no longer an icon; it is an also-ran.
It doesn't help that the iconic 2-stroke will disappear shortly,
and no hint of a re-invention of the brand on the horizon!
In other words: Victa is dead.
Long live Victa!
