The drive pulley looks ok but the cutter pulley looks very close to bottoming out.
Circumstances have changed this week so I won't be able to get to it until later this week or early next week and the computer's hard drive failed today so I'm trying to clone the drive and hopefully recover most of my files. I wish I backed it up!
