So I guess it isn't worth my while to get a seized power torque of mine going s it's starter is also seized up. As a matter of fact, probably better to take a good starter off any defective power torque and save it for a functioning power torque that has a busted starter!!
Just dice power torques that need work unless you have surplus starters. But should I just sell or hoard those starters??

Ahh, if only victa had kept producing the thumblatch catcher series, they would be in better shape today!
