Hi Trev, my amusement was the fact they would reply to me email within 7 days, must be very busy up at Vic Rds. Last time I registered a trailer was over 30 years ago (and still have it registered) they wanted proof of material purchases, photos of the build in progress a weighbridge certificate and a RWC, this is for trailers used for commercial purposes. I just wanted to find out if this was still the case because I assume they would want the vin number on the RWC and weighbridge papers. Things don't move quickly in Victorian government departments
