These Rockwell mowers are a Metcash/Mitre 10 direct import from China, I believe. Certainly the brand is exclusive to Mitre 10 for mowers here. So I don't think there's any parts or service literature backup available for them, AFAIK.
The local 'mini Mitre 10' [it's a section in the Supa IGA supermarket] here doesn't stock any parts at all for them, though they have the mowers. In a quite weird juxtaposition, they're displayed near to the meat cabinet...
