Hi Sparker, that spring is almost impossible to get, well not unless you want to pay $20 for the genuine one. I dont have a pic on hand but it would be easier to remove the governor arm and linkage and replace with an air vane governor, You will also need to change the throttle adjustment plate which is held on by the top 3 bolts on the head.
Works just like any other briggs with an air vane governor without the hassle of sourcing the genuine spring, as long as you've got the necessary parts from a donor motor.
