How steady is the spark, does it fire on every rotation, if so spark should be ok so that leaves fuel, try a squirt of starter fluid in through the carby, lift the slide so it can pass through the carb, not a lot just a small squirt,give it a quick pull with the throttle open and see if it tries to run, if so you now it is a fueling issue
