Thanks for the info, especially on the governor. I've not seen a mower with no choke, added mechanical governor - at first I thought it was missing something!
I shall be re-assembling this weekend so see how reliable she becomes.
With the spark plug that I will replace - would it be .020 or .030 required?
Checked the one that came out, apart from smelling strong it was gapped to .010!
