Thanks for the help, but I think I might have not stated my problem clearly.

My problem is in the pull start assembly. The problem involves the clip on the left which fits on the shaft below the black cog (part no ST12591 A). The bracket I am having trouble with is shown on the right.

Any ideas what I should be doing.
