Have adjusted the sliding rod - 1 notch - it would only go 1 notch - slipping back to this point if pushed to further notches . Its a fine balance . Drives much better especially after some reverse / forward procedures - the adjustor
now functioning.
Am still a bit iffy about the torque being enough to tackle steep land . So here goes.
