Bringing up an old thread.
Am hoping that someone may be able to throw some light or at least throw me in the right direction. A month or two I found an old thread on Outdoorking in regards to a Honda GV400 engine. It needs new rings put into it, and after pulling the engine out, and trying to split it, got to a point where I needed to remove the Deutscher installed extended shaft on to the Honda's output shaft. Posted some pics into that thread, and received an answer or two. "How do you get this thing shaft off?"
Have tried and tried, with various pullers, and even spent a few hours trying to make up my own brutal puller, which didnt work.
Was hoping that someone with some Deutscher experience with a Honda GV400 could just simply say "you do this whilst holding your tongue to the left, and off it pops"
Any info would be dead set highly appreciative. Has now been nearing five months that I've been at this...
