I have no direct experience with the Alroh at all.
I gave the theory above that applies to all reel mowers.
Mate, alignment of the Alroh should be a one-off procedure.
I hope a member might be able to help...

When you said, "my Alroh 47D is not cutting perfectly level," you did mean that the
machine was cutting lower on one side right?
The issue of whether the machine is not cutting cleanly at all is a separate issue.
I think we need some photos and more information to proceed here.
