I'm thinking that the clutch half that has previously been replaced is the issue and is again requiring replacement as it's flogged out on the motor output shaft hole..
Remove the 2 set screws that hold the clutch in place on the shaft and once removed see how much clutch body wobble there is on the output shaft. If there is then you clutch is due for another replacement.
Honestly you just can't beat the really early cast iron clutch bodies as they last forever.
