Having finished another project I finally had time to get back to this one. A 2"pulley was fitted last night. I don't know how it goes yet because 9:30pm seemed a bit late to fire it up for a test run. I will use my gps data logger (normally used for gps speed windsurfing) to get a true speed measurement.
