One of three things comes to mind.
1.Cable could have a bend in it,and at that point ball comes out.
2.Cable not sitting in the groove correctly.
3.Ball point on the cam maybe worn a little to much.
Other than that I can't think of anything else at this point.
Check to make sure those things are not happening and let me know.We can go from there.
