Hi bigted, here is a couple of things you can try:
Try downloading Mozilla Firefox....this is the browser best suited to our forum.
Go to "My Stuff" in the toolbar above open and slide down the drop-down list; Click on "Cookies" and when open select "Expire Cookies" this will log you out though, so you will have to log in again.
Then try the "Markup panel again and set "Using UBB Code"
