Yeah, i rescue a few from my scrappy's mainly newer ones to onsell, but there are quite a few earlier models that end up going to scrap, the non collectable stuff like cortinas, mayfairs, etc...

Anyway, i took a couple of photos of the remote fuel tap setup on the VC mustang.
From what i can tell its a standard fuel tap with the brass filter removed[Linked Image]

As for the engine no. you were spot on, 11073 294 although the vivta code is V111, but the airbox may have been changed somewhere along the way.
