I've been wanting to do the same with mine, possibly finding a way to disquise the engine too.
There is one problem I have encountered with the engine transfer though, it will not fit on a standard mount base, the hole for this engine is actually larger, and the mounts therefore further apart.
This is to accomodate the muffler, which is underneath and circular.
As for performance, I beleive mine is fully up and running at the moment, and my grass is quite long, so I'll find some time this week to give it a run about if I can, and give you my opinion on it's performance to the task.
