The shorter belt may make a difference, I am still of the opinion that the plastic pully is not right. I think that the plastic pulley should be a metal one that is flat like the one on the opposite side and the flat side of the belt runs against it. As a observation I have never seen a plastic pulley in a Greenfield. Cheers Keith
