hi bruce as the victa razor was new , it seemed that it was running much the same as other new vsx 160 victa two strokes,the standard vs160 eng throttles much better. I have not checked any o rings, carby seals etc, the mower starts first pull every time, the spark plug has a light tan colour on the white center electrode, plug is a ngk bpmr4a,since changing the diaphram spring it seems a lot better but i would like to see it idle much slower.rgds graham
